All services require a standard analogue line to be present and not subject to any line restrictions (such as Redcareetc). We can provide this line at our normal charges, if one doesn’t exist.
We supply a suitable routers free of charge or you can purchase other options at our normal charges. Postage is charged at £8.
Alternatively, we can supply details for you to configure your own devices.
All services include 1 static IP address. More may be requested if required and subject to meeting usage restrictions may be subject to a fee.
All speeds are dependant on line quality and distance from the exchange. Speeds quoted are up-to speeds.
Data Limits apply to upload and download, the cap will apply to whichever is the greater.
